The primary method of shipping for Puerto Rico and USA orders:
Sales $10.00 USD or less will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Tracking number with first class mail packages will be included only for sales of $10.00 or more.
Sales more than $10.00 USD will be sent always via priority mail if you preferred first class mail please contact us for shipping cost. Nara by Engelis will include insurance ($50), delivery confirmation and tracking number only to Priority mail orders with all Puerto Rico and USA orders.
International Orders
Nara by Engelis ships all international orders by USPS first class mail and could include Aduanas tracking number. If you would like priority shipping with or and a tracking number, please contact us for shipping rates.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Nara by Engelis will take great care and attention to detail in all items prepared for shipment, we, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders in the shipping process. if something went wrong with the shipping process, please send us a message.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances. If a refund is given, the item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. The item must be received by us within a five business day time period, the time starts once piece has arrived. we must be contacted before shipping the item back to us.

Restocking Fee
a 10% restocking fee will be placed on refunded items.
